When you join Apex  on either a 6-Week Challenge or Membership, you'll work with one of our 1-2-1 coaches throughout as part of the package, who will give you world-class accountabililty, motivation, support, and show you everything you need to get your dream results.

 6-Week Challenge 

Getting into a new routine can be intimidating if you're going at it alone. On our 6-Week Challenge our coaches will guide you every step of the way!

You'll attend 3 group-sessions a week on our flexible timetable and we'll show you the exact diet you need to lose that 10-20lbs in 6-weeks.

Long-Term Membership

Of course after the 6-Week Challenge there's regular longer term membership options to continue your journey with us. We currently work with 150 people each month on their long term journey to feeling even more incredible.

Here's what to expect when you apply for more details.

Phone Consult

We'll have a brief 5/10 minute call to see what you're struggling with right now, answer any questions, show you a plan that would work for you. If all feels good we'd sign up and proceed. If not, we'll give you advice on next steps.

Attend an Intro
Session

Once signed up, we'll book you onto one of our intro sessions. These are designed to take any measurements, introduce you to the coaches, our gym and create a plan for moving forward.

Attend Your 1st
Session!

Once you've completed your intro session we'll get you booked into your first week of classes and start making progress towards any diet and lfiestyle changes. With 1-2-1 check ins each week.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We run the same sessions every weekday and weekend, pick from ANY 3 each week to suit your schedule.

Monday to Friday: 6:15am, 7am, 7:45am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:15pm, 7pm - all 45 mins.
Saturdays: 7am, 8am, 9am

Intro Sessions: Saturdays - 10am


WHERE IS YOUR GYM?

We're located near to The Bridge Inn, Sale, just off Dane Road. Here's our address – Unit 1, Network House, 12 Danefield Road, Sale, M33 7GE.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR CHALLENGE?

It’s completely your choice – you can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?

Nope – everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 6 weeks.
